Sense & Balance

This is a slow and meditative yoga practice that includes movements, breath, meditations and more. Rather then perfecting yoga postures we will focus on observing energy fields in our body and mind, releasing tension and creating space to open up for the totality and blissfulness of life. The practice is based on the techniques of Satyananda hatha and tantra yoga, ISHKA Kankueb yoga and various other practices from yoga masters around the world.
